Obagi-C Rx C-Balancing Toner Normal to Oily

The Obagi-C Rx C-Balancing Toner Normal to Oily is specially formulated to help balance the pH of normal to oily skin, increasing penetration of the C-Clarifying Serum and key Obagi-C Rx System ingredients.

Directions:  After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
